Located very centrally, on a quiet street, in the same building with the Garden Apartment, the studio has a spectacular architecture, with high, vaulted ceilings, exposed brick walls, hardwood floors. The courtyard, full of green and surrounded by columns and arches, creates an atmosphere of old times mansion. Quite spacious (36 sqm), the studio has a living room with open kitchen, a double bedroom, and a large terrace which opens to the garden. It can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people (1 double bed, and a sofa bed).

CANCELLATION
Cancellations are free, but we kindly ask you to let us know well in advance. For high demand periods (festivals, new year's eve, etc.) we may ask for down payment and a minimum stay.
HOUSE RULES
Check in: after 1 PM
Check out: before 11 AM
No smoking inside the apartment, please don't waste the utilities, avoid excessive noise, no parties
Not so many rules, just respect the apartment, it is your home for a few days
